How it works

The LSI measures 12 different thinking patterns that can either help or hinder your effectiveness. These patterns are organised into three clear categories.

Constructive styles

Thinking patterns that promote healthy relationships, effective teamwork, and a balanced approach to achievement and growth.

Passive / Defensive styles

Patterns that lead you to subordinate your own thinking to others, often at the cost of effectiveness and confidence.

Aggressive / Defensive styles
