Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Veraison prohibits the advertising or promotion of veraison.com.au, or any Veraison service, by unsolicited electronic messages of any kind.

Prohibition on unsolicited messages

Veraison does not send, authorise, commission or benefit from unsolicited commercial electronic messages. This applies to email, SMS, instant messaging and any other electronic channel.

We do not operate a bulk email marketing platform on this domain. All email from veraison.com.au is individual business correspondence, sent by named staff from their own mailboxes to existing clients, to people who have contacted us, and to our suppliers.

No purchased or harvested lists

We do not buy, rent, harvest or otherwise acquire address lists from third parties. We do not use address-harvesting software, and we do not use any list produced by such software.

Third parties, affiliates and contractors

We operate no affiliate, reseller or referral scheme that permits a third party to promote veraison.com.au by electronic message. Our referral page is a manual, person-to-person introduction made by someone who already knows us.

Any contractor, agent or partner acting for us is bound by this policy. We will end an arrangement with a party that breaches it.

Our staff

All Veraison personnel must comply with this policy. A breach is treated as a disciplinary matter.

Protecting our domain from misuse

Messages that falsely claim to come from veraison.com.au are not sent by us. To make that kind of forgery harder to deliver, we publish SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for the domain, we enforce multi-factor authentication on every staff mailbox, and we review sign-in activity and mail-forwarding rules for signs of compromise.

Compliance

We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you receive an unsolicited message that promotes veraison.com.au, please tell us. Email abuse@veraison.com.au and attach the full message headers, which let us trace where the message really came from. We will investigate every report and respond to you.

You can also report the message to the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) at www.acma.gov.au.
