Leadership/Impact® (LI) is a 360-degree diagnostic from Human Synergistics that measures not just how leaders lead, but the impact their leadership has on the people around them. It connects the strategies a leader uses to the behaviours, motivation, and performance those strategies produce.

How It Works

Leaders complete a self-assessment while colleagues, managers, and direct reports provide confidential feedback. The results compare a leader's actual impact with the ideal impact they aspire to have, and reveal the leadership strategies driving the gap between the two.
