About Damian

Damian is an Organisational Psychologist who has worked with Boards, Executives and Leaders at all levels to expand their potential, and to develop the necessary mindsets, skills and behaviours to perform at a sustainably elevated level.

Damian incorporates a focus on identifying and cultivating the ideal culture that allows people to innovate and achieve, resulting in highly engaged workforces and enterprise performance. He also incorporates his passion for sustainable wellbeing of individuals and workforces to ensure sustainability and has run Executive Fatigue programmes in highly demanding environments.

His industry experience spans most industries, Government and Not for Profits. Organisation sizes range from high-growth tech start-ups to traditional global business giants. Damian has also been Director and successful entrepreneur of his own businesses over many years. More recent roles include Executive Leadership and Culture Coach with Australian Red Cross, Consulting, and Capability Consulting with National Australian Bank.
