Louella Frost

Louella is passionate about outstanding leadership in health and social care, and delivers professional coaching that is tailored to the needs of leaders in these sectors, most commonly focusing on: 

• Preventing burnout by taking action towards work-life harmony for a sustainable and rewarding long-term career in health and social care leadership
• Becoming a better leader, by breaking through internal barriers and achieve a performance mindset to optimise leadership role effectiveness
• Becoming a better communicator, by developing communication and coaching skills to build team capability and performance

Louella also works with health and social care organisations to design bespoke group coaching and training programmes for their leaders, and shares her knowledge in building coaching cultures as both an experienced health leader-manager and professional coach. Her 22-year career in the health sector across Australia and the United Kingdom, has incorporated leadership, management, training and expert advisory roles.

Louella views coaching as a close partnership. Coaching sessions with her are a series of conversations designed to challenge, support, and inspire growth beyond the norm.
