The purpose of the High Performance Team Intervention is to capture the health of the working team culture, identify the core issues that pose challenges to the operating culture, and strategize solutions to those issues. Programs are designed to suit the specific needs of each team with past clients experiencing long term change in only three sessions.

Veraison believes in sustainable culture transformation rather than once off training. We achieve this by equipping teams with the skills and techniques to promote meaningful behaviour change. The half day sessions are typically scheduled over a course of 1-3 months to provide opportunities for team members to apply the strategies and work through more challenging situations. This ensures a high return on investment based on approx. 12 hours of commitment.
