Donna is passionate about organisational cultures that empower and invest in their teams to ensure personal, professional, and organisational growth. This passion has driven Donna to expand her skills and knowledge in organisational development and leadership coaching.

A hands-on, driven professional with over 20+ years of experience in public and private sectors covering tourism/hospitality, manufacturing, mining, construction, case management and community development, Donna has enjoyed positions that have broadened her skills and knowledge in several areas. These include mentoring, business strategy, business development, marketing, community and client engagement, and policy development. She has spent over 15 years working in Broome and, earlier in her career, working with remote Aboriginal outstations along the Dampier Peninsular, located in northwest Australia along the coast of the Kimberley region.

Donna is an accredited mental health first aider. She has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Community Development, and Diploma of Science (Psychology Major) with the next step being a Master of Business Psychology.
